 Navigate Leadership Conference (6th year) Navigate is a leadership conference designed to help start, build and maintain your single adult ministry. There are various formats that can be hosted by your church/ministry. Navigate was created out of a need to provide high-quality, affordable, single adult leadership training for your entire ministry. Training that you, a local church could host at very little to no cost. Interested in being a host church, Click here. This years theme is "TEAMWORK". As our ministries grow, it becomes more and more apparent the need to build our teams to reach the many hundreds upon hundreds of young and singles adults searching for meaning of their lives. We can not reach the world for Christ without a foundation in Him, being strategic and intentional by building our teams, our leaders. Of course the first team you build is the one between you and God. Come and be energized, encourage and equipped to continue building your singles ministry by taking it to the next level. Our teacher with be the Lord through the lives of Nehemiah and Kris Swiatocho, Director of The Singles Network Ministries. We will learn how Nehemiah: • built his team from nothing except a vision and a calling by the Lord • how he kept his team energized in the midst of problems • how he dwelt with the distractions we all face in trying to grow in our ministries • how he completed the work the Lord gave him to do Also we will discuss: • the basics in starting/maintaining a singles ministry • how to build/strengthen our own teams • where singles ministry is today in the US • how we can be praying for our part Other: • small group discussion specific to the topics • team building icebreakers and games (start working on the those muscles) • time to fellowship, networking, and pray for our ministries Nehemiah 1: 11O Lord, let your ear be attentive to the prayer of this your servant and to the prayer of your servants who delight in revering your name.
